Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Huntora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Huntora helps web developers, freelancers and agencies find local businesses that may need a website, draft personalized outreach emails with AI, send them from your own Gmail account, and track replies.

You are responsible for the emails you send. You agree to use Huntora for honest business outreach only — no spam, no illegal use. You must comply with anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. That includes honoring opt-outs and not misleading recipients.

Keep your login credentials safe; you are responsible for activity in your account. When you connect Gmail, you let Huntora send emails on your behalf and read messages and settings to track replies. You can disconnect Gmail anytime from Account settings. Disconnecting stops the sending of new emails, but emails already approved may still be delivered.

Don't misuse the service. That means no scraping Huntora itself, no attempts to break in, no reselling access without permission, and no using Huntora to harass anyone or send content that is illegal, threatening or deceptive.

Huntora owns the service, including its name, design and code. The leads you find, the drafts you write and the data you enter remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store that data and make the service work for you.

Huntora is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that found leads or AI drafts will be accurate or complete. Search results and email addresses come from public sources and may be outdated or wrong.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Huntora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of the emails you send.

You can stop using Huntora and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that we reasonably believe are used for spam or abuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
