Huntora (huntora.de) is a tool that helps web developers, freelancers and agencies find leads and send personalized outreach. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect your name, your email address, and — if you connect Google — basic Google account profile info. We also store the lead and outreach data you create in the app, such as businesses you save, drafts you write, and messages you send.

If you connect Gmail, we request permission to send emails on your behalf and to view email messages and settings. We use this access only to send and manage the outreach emails you request, and to show replies related to your outreach. We do not access Gmail for any other purpose.

We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine learning models. No humans read user emails except with the user's consent, to investigate abuse, or to comply with law.

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Gmail access tokens are stored encrypted.

You can disconnect Gmail anytime from Account settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You can request full deletion of your data by emailing mishtiaqkhursheed@gmail.com, and we will delete it within 30 days.

We use basic cookies for login and site function only.

The service is not for anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
